To be eligible, an applicant must –
- Hold an M.Sc./M.Tech. degree in Physics/Chemistry/Materials Science/Nanotechnology/Ceramics Engineering
- Have qualified NET/ GATE
- Have expertise in any of the following –
- Synthesis of inorganic (oxides, phosphates, or sulfides) materials
- Experience in crystal structure and microstructure determination using powder XRD, SEM, TEM, Raman spectroscopy, etc
- Familiarity with impedance spectroscopy
- Basic electrochemistry characterization
The selected candidate will receive a fellowship of INR 31,000 per month for the first 2 years and INR 35,000 per month for the 3rd year as per the SERB norms.
